In 2023, received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Pedagogical Sciences. Since 2025, has held the position of Associate Professor (Docent). In 2022, won 2nd place in the “Best Innovative Chess Teaching Guide” competition organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Between 2020 and 2024, three of her students won prize places at the national final stage of chess competitions.
